Provide humanitarian assistance to Somali communities in the Sanaag region devastated by famine, poverty, and natural disasters. Zones that have higher casualty risks will be priority. Develop and implement socio-economic self-assistance projects for the indigenous communities of Somalia Establish long-term, self-reliance programs for those communities in Somalia devastated by endless famines Create support facilities for the children, elderly and people with disabilities Gather information and/or statistical data to better assess the needs of communities and to select appropriate future socio-economic development projects. Promote better understanding of Somalia and to foster better relations between its indigenous people, neighboring communities in the Sanaag region as well the rest of the Horn of Africa. Solicit technical and financial assistance from the world government, humanitarian organizations, corporations, foundation, and charitable communities to support humanitarian and socio-economic projects in Somalia Expand its humanitarian efforts to assist needy communities in the Horn of Africa Provide technical and financial support to the social and economic development project commencing in, or in the progress in the Sanaag region of Northern Somalia
